Although it was not broken it did come undone when I least expected it. I speak only a small bit of Italian and Luciano had a computer on his desk which he connected to Skype and his friend Lydia communicated between us. Luciano quickly understood the situation and drew a safety chain to explain he would make this for my chain. I was very impressed with Luciano's professionalism and kindness. I enquired about a silver crucifix and chain for my grandaughters and he explained he would look for some at his next shopping trip. When I picked up my chain from him he had a variety of crucifixes for me to choose from and his prices were very competitive and reasonable. I would recommend Luciano to anyone and have done. I hope to visit him again and purchase more items from him. Thanks you Luciano for your friendliness and patience, you made my shopping trip a pleasure.
